The hotel is located near the beach with easy access even with a baby stroller and conveniently next to a 24hr supermarket. The rooms offer a good view and come with some newer towels. The service, while lacking in customer service initially, improved as the manager was extra friendly and very helpful. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the Entertainer vouchers. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor service hiccups.

On one hand, the rooms offered a fantastic view of the observation wheel and were well-maintained with regular water supply, but on the other hand, there were some issues with the customer service. The location, however, was superb, situated in the Marina area with easy access to various restaurants and the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence, close to the beach, shopping areas, and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The rooms are cozy and offer a nice view over the marina, perfect for surprising a loved one. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the stunning views. However, it would have been even better if the airport shuttle were complimentary.
