The hotel is located near the beach with easy access even with a baby stroller and conveniently next to a 24hr supermarket. The rooms offer a good view and come with some newer towels. The service, while lacking in customer service initially, improved as the manager was extra friendly and very helpful. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the Entertainer vouchers. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor service hiccups.
The hotel is situated in the most upscale area of Dubai, near the beach with easy access even with a baby stroller. It offers a great view over the marina. The rooms are comfortable with great views, perfect for relaxation. However, the lack of customer service and inattentiveness from the staff was a significant letdown.
